1. SMS/MMS and Voice Communication

These communications may be generated by artificial intelligence (AI) or automated systems for the purpose of [appointment reminders, staffing updates, or customer support].

2. Scope of Services
All Around Security Staffing provides personnel for security guarding and fire watch duties. Our role is to provide observation, hazard detection, and emergency notification. We do not provide law enforcement services, nor do we guarantee the prevention of all fire, theft, or damage.
3. Fire Watch Responsibilities
When contracted for Fire Watch, our personnel will:

Conduct continuous patrols of the designated areas.

Maintain a written Fire Watch Log as required by local fire codes.

Notify the local Fire Department and property management immediately upon discovery of smoke or fire.

Client Obligation: The client must provide access to all areas of the facility and ensure a functioning means of communication (e.g., a working phone line or cell service) is available for emergency calls.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Around Security Staffing shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from fire, theft, vandalism, or other incidents. Our services are a deterrent and monitoring measure and do not replace the need for comprehensive property and liability insurance.
5. Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.
6. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due at the time of booking or as specified in your service invoice. We reserve the right to pause services if payments are not made according to the agreed-upon schedule.
7. Client Conduct
The client agrees to provide a safe working environment for our staff. We reserve the right to remove our personnel immediately if they are subjected to unsafe conditions or harassment.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which the services are performed.
